What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. We offer a 20 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee. Any unused merchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within 20 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original packaging, unused and unopened, with the original receipt. We will refund the product price only, the inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. A 20% restock fee will be applied to products returned 21-40 days after the order is purchase. We do not accept returns after 40 days of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Email the service department(firstname.lastname@example.org) to generate a return number. Ship back your product with the original receipt, return code and the reason for return. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after they are received.
If you receive your shipment and it is damaged, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs to the customer will be refunded to the original purchaser depending on the shipper investigation or we will send a replacement after a call tag is issued to pick up the damaged product. If your order is shipped via freight, you must inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is any damage, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage to the driver at that time to ensure it will be covered under insurance.
All orders must be inspected for missing items within 5 days of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives with missing items, contact us immediately. After 5 days, we will not be responsible for missing items in your order.
